Because we want you to be happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days if you are not satisfied. After the 30-day period, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with its original packaging.
Certain types of goods (listed below) are exempt from our return policy, therefore they are final sales.
• Handmade items
• Gift cards/gift credits
• Downloadable software/digital products
• Sale items (Prices ending in $.99)
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
What You Should Do If You Haven’t Received Your Refund
If you haven’t received your refund within 5-10 business days (depending upon your bank’s processing time), please contact us at Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com.
What To Do If Your Item Is Damaged
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. We replace damaged items with the same item if it is defective or damaged, free of charge. Please email us a photograph of your damaged item at Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com.
You may exchange an item(s) that you purchased, but please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift (store) credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, your store credit will be emailed to you. Please note that proof of purchase will be required.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
How To Return Your Item(s)
We will instruct you how to send your product back to us. Please email us at Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com or call us at 1-888-347-7082. Do not return your product to the warehouse or the address on the packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged upon receipt. See “What To Do If Your Item Is Damaged” section of our Return Policy.)
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending upon your location.
Because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we suggest that you use a credible, trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance (for orders over $75.00).
