WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). After the 30-day period, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We charge flat rates for items. Please see product pages under the shipping tab to see what the charge is for that product.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Because our products are not mass-produced, are made to order (with the exception of digital orders), and are sent to you directly from our manufacturer, most orders are shipped within five (5) business days (seven (7) business days during the holiday season). You will be informed of any delay beyond seven (7) business days. Depending upon where you are located in the U.S., please allow ten business days to receive your order after the order has been processed.
All shipments are mailed USPS Priority. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. For any other questions regarding shipping, please e-mail us at Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, you may view your account by signing into the “My Account” section at www.WhereArtMeetsDesign.com or you may also e-mail us at Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
If you’re outside the state of Maryland, you will not be charged sales tax. If you are a Maryland resident, 6% sales tax is added only to physical products. Sales tax is not charged on downloadable products.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States, but we’re working on it!
MAY I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Currently, we are not set up to take orders over the phone at this time. Orders may only be placed online at www.WhereArtMeetsDesign.com.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can do an Express Checkout which is processed through PayPal. Through PayPal, we accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and PayPal Buyer Credit®.
MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Please email a photo of the damaged item to Support@WhereArtMeetsDesign.com and we will send instructions on how to return the package to us. Once we receive your item, we’ll either send you a refund or a replacement of the same item or another item.
